How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major collection launches, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before you receive your tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in new condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our modern drinkware, including the Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler, is dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the finish of decorative or limited-edition patterns, we recommend hand washing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and select international territories. Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What does the Stanley Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our 'Built for Life' warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
